Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Qualified and proficient in all required customer data entry systems and portals.
- Data enters work packages accurately, in a timely manner, on a consistent basis.
- Performs audit of work packages for accuracy, in a timely manner.
- Works in tandem with the Planning Department to add items to the work scope including engineering items and after hours work order changes.
- Attaches material certificates to work cards.
- Follows up on work cards needing corrections.
- Maintains a running tally of audited paperwork.
- Scans work packages creating repair station record of maintenance.
- Filings work cards and non-routine work cards accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provides a shift turnover via e-mail daily highlighting any impending action items.
- Ships completed work packages to customers as needed and uploads work packages in customer systems as required.
- Key support within maintenance work booth to assist in updating reports, document control and informing Project Manager of needed document corrections.
- Follows all controlled work booth and safety procedures and wears/uses appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed (as required).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required Academic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
- Desired Academic Qualifications: College degree preferred.
- Languages: Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Spanish a plus.
- Technical Skills: Position requires proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Individual will perform daily transactions within Flightstar’s ERP system as well as customer portals.
- Required Skills: Above average organizational skills, strong customer service aptitude, strong communication, strong attention to detail and follow through, multi-tasking techniques and typing proficiency are necessary to perform effectively in the position.
