Production Batch Preparation Technician

About the role

As a Pre-Weigh Technician at kdc/one, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of raw materials used in personal care product manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists and SAP.
• Move and manage materials, pulling, returning, and tracking them to their inventory locations.
• Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a spotless, compliant production zone.
• Perform visual inspections to spot material issues and report discrepancies promptly.
• Support your team by assisting Compounders, training new teammates, and keeping the process flowing.
• Complete SAP transactions and records to keep our data and documentation up to date.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in compounding, processing, pre-weigh, or sanitation (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP and GMP (plus).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a clean, dynamic environment.
• Comfort working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals.
• An attention to detail and strong work ethic.
