Production Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities
- Operate/maintain equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
- Flow to the highest value work which may include working across Printing, Packaging, Logistics, and Plate Forming Press technology centers
- Support leadership and team members in ways that are consistent with our culture of Principle Based Management™
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year experience operating equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, and/or military environment, or completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial centered program
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Experience using a computer and tablet/smartphone
Qualifications
- Experience leading activities in a manufacturing environment
- Three (3) or more years of experience using computerized machinery in a production environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook

Pay
Compensation range is determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
Schedule
The department operates around the clock. After 6–8 weeks of training on the day shift, employees could be placed on a permanent day shift (5:30 AM–6:00 PM) or night shift (5:30 PM–6:00 AM) following a rotating 3‑2‑2, 12‑hour schedule.
