Production Associate - Utility IV - Fire

Cintas is seeking a Utility Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing garments and materials, and filling in for other employee absences. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks classified at level four or below, such as loading/unloading trucks and staging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Adapt to changing work areas and responsibilities as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willingness to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures.
• Willingness to handle soiled materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of a shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Pay

Base salary range: $17.50 - $21.88 per hour. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
