Production Associate - Utility IV - Fire
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments, and other production tasks classified at a level four or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily to fill in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain cleanliness in their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Load or unload trucks.
- Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
- Fill in for other employees during vacations and absences, with responsibilities that may change daily.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be willing to handle materials that may be soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of a shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
