Production Associate - Utility IV - Fire
Cintas is seeking a Utility Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, with responsibilities that may change daily to cover employee vacations and absences.
About the role
In this position, you may participate in loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments, or performing other production tasks classified at a level four or below. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet standards for both quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor
- Load or unload trucks
- Prepare or stage materials and garments for loading
- Fill in for other employees during vacations and absences
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Must be willing to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors (with appropriate protective equipment)

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.25 - $24.08 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
Schedule
Full-time, 1st shift.
