Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely processes them through a rolling machine, and maintains work area cleanliness. Rolled mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
- Safely operate a rolling machine to process mats.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.
- Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional compensation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
