Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely processes them through a rolling machine, and maintains work-area cleanliness. Rolled mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. Production Associates must meet quantity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned customer floor mats for quality.
• Operate rolling machine safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.30 - $22.88 per hour. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
