Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely processes them through a rolling machine, and maintains a clean work area. Rolled mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely operate rolling machines to process mats.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 - $18.38 per hour. Additional earnings of up to $3.00 per hour are available through individual productivity and performance incentives. Compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
