Production Associate - Industrial Distribution and Manufacturing

About the role

Responsible for handling production tasks in an industrial distribution and manufacturing setting. Duties include assembling products, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products according to specifications
• Maintain and operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure product integrity
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address issues
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety guidelines
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with assembly line operations
