Production Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Small component assembly using small hand tools to meet daily production goals.
• Utilize computer programs to service circuit boards and verify product information.
• Thorough inspection of finished goods to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
• Pick and prepare necessary materials according to work orders.
• Provide backup support for the fulfillment team through cross-training as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Experience working in a warehouse/assembly setting, preferred.
• Positive attitude and active listening skills to effectively follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality assembly.
• Ability to learn specialized computer software and equipment the team uses.
• Flexibility to serve as backup for other teams and take on new tasks.

Pay

$18.00 per hour
