Production Associate | Hiring Event October 21 | Monroe, OH

About the role

Worthington Steel is hosting a Production Associate Hiring Event on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET at the Monroe, OH facility. Attendees can meet the team, learn about opportunities, and interview on the spot. The role is available for 2nd and 3rd shift production positions; no prior manufacturing experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Shift: Slitter Exit Floor, Slitter Setup Helper, Pack Line Forklift Driver, Pack Line Operator
• 3rd Shift: 1000 Ton Press Helper, 1500 Ton Press Helper

Pay

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour ($20 base + $2 shift differential). Overtime is paid at 1.5x and 2x rates.

Schedule

2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Training occurs on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to the assigned shift.
