Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - Temporary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine. This role involves counting folded product and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean work area.

About the Role

This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure. The Garment Folder must meet or exceed production standards for folding garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding these benchmarks.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station for folding.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.
