About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division as a Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder. This role involves folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
  • Count folded product accurately.
  • Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to prepare for folding.
