Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - Temporary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded items, and preparing bundles for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product (garments, linen, bulk items) manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded items for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards for folding garments to earn additional compensation incentives.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station for folding.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of product.

Pay

Base salary ranges from $16.90 - $19.25/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance incentives. Compensation decisions are based on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
