Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine. This role involves counting folded product and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean work area. Compensation includes a performance-based incentive structure tied to production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to the folding station.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $20.65/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
