About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division as a Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder. This role involves folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles for delivery. The position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Maintaining a clean work area is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Fold customer garments, linen, or bulk products manually or using an industrial folding machine.
  • Count folded product accurately.
  • Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional compensation.
  • Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to the folding station.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to the company attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of product.

How You Will Be Evaluated

The selection process may include the following components:

  • Job tryout, providing a realistic preview of the work environment, activities, and performance expectations. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the tryout.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
