Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division by folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles for delivery. This role maintains a clean work area and operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.

Schedule

• Full-time, 1st shift.
