Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division by folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. This role maintains a clean work area and operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
