Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product, counting folded items, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. This position operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation. Maintaining a clean work area is expected.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to production standards to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.
