Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using industrial machinery. This role involves counting folded items and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean workspace.

About the Role

This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Meeting or exceeding production standards for folding products directly impacts compensation, with additional incentives for surpassing targets.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded products accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to folding stations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policies.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $20.65 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are fact-specific and not all individuals will be hired at or near the top of the range.
