Production Associate - Filler

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practices
• Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and interact with filling equipment as required
• Perform quality inspections and checks (e.g., verify fill volumes, labeling, coding checks, etc.)
• Communicate issues in the department or with equipment to management or maintenance personnel
• Lift cases or pails of product as needed onto filling line conveyors
• Drive powered industrial truck (PIT) to supply or remove materials or finished products
• Keep work areas clean and maintain expected housekeeping standards
• Maintain and/or assist with production line efficiency improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Able to read, understand, and follow instructions and operating procedures in English
• Able to wear all required PPE, including hard hat, steel/composite‑toe safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear
• Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations
• Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs
• Able to bend, reach, and lift during tasks that involve transfer hoses, drums, or similar materials
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to safely operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)
• Basic computer skills (e.g., SAP, Vorne, or similar systems)
• Able to complete and demonstrate understanding of required safety training
