Associate, Production

Key Responsibilities

• Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor
• Calibrates units per specifications, by product number and type
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment
• Test product functional performance to ensure conformance to specifications
• Attach appropriate labels to products and packages
• Understand serialized processes and matches calibration certificate to specific matching product
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
• Place finished goods in designated box or pallet
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily metrics as communicated by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Understand and follow basic verbal and/or written instructions
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read/speak English
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Work well within a team and maintain pace while ensuring high quality standards
• Able to assist other team members, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and maintain high attendance standards
• Understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement
• Basic keyboarding skills and understanding of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to use email
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other time essential constraints
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization
• Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization
• Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
• Occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
• Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (up to 25 lbs.) with reasonable accommodation

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly: $15/hr, depending on location, experience, and qualifications
