What’s in it for you
Starting pay: $21.30 + 45 cents shift differential and weekly pay
Schedule: 4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM)
Flexibility: Due to operational needs, employees are required to be available for up to 2 days of mandatory OT during their off-rotation.
Profit sharing after 1 year, medical insurance after 30 days, 1 week vacation after 6 months, and a safety boot voucher after 720 hours worked.
Work Environment: Our converting department is now a climate control facility!

Your strengths as a Production Associate
You are a natural fit for this role if:
- SAP experience preferred
- Safety training preferred
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize all application PPE at all times
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with colleagues and management
- Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks
- Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
