What You'll Do (day-to-day)
- Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
- Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
- Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
- General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
- Sanitation: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment.
- (Overnights 8:30pm-6am) Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.

- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive motions
- Regular bending and twisting in some areas
- Lifting varies by area (approximately 12-65 lbs)
- Temperature variations (hot or cold depending on department)
