Associate, Retail

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations
• Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with Hampton's team members and HQ
• Aid in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest
• Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within a retail environment
• Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of maintaining a store, opening and locking up, assisting in overall store operations
• Ability to commute to the store
• Must be able to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business model
