Primary Job Duties
- Aid customers with purchasing merchandise, including alcoholic beverages/products.
- Assist with store recovery and stock room organization.
- Perform cross-functional tasks in all assigned areas to meet company standards.
- Handle customer issues in a friendly and helpful manner, escalating to a member of the store operations team when necessary.
- Use personal devices/cellular phones for job-related tasks, document reviews, and other duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to process transactions using POS terminals.
- Effective communication in English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- At least 21 years of age.
Physical Demands
- Tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
- Prolonged standing.
- Bending and reaching.
- Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Eye/hand coordination.

- Pick up trash and notify others for larger messes.
- Provide assistance to guests and notify management if needed.
