Production Associate

Brief Description

As a Production Associate, you will support the Production Lead in planning, organizing, and executing production activities to ensure timely order shipments.

Essential Functions

• Performs daily production activities including pre-wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing, laser etching, and heat pressing
• Conducts daily safety checks on equipment and processes to meet safety standards
• Verifies outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
• Inspects finished products and orders to ensure they meet production quality standards
• Investigates and resolves production-related issues
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment used throughout the production process
• Cross-trains in warehouse activities to assist as needed

• Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist/train others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time
