About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth operation within the production facility. This includes maintaining equipment, monitoring quality standards, and assisting in the training of new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate production equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
  • Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Schedule
