Position Responsibilities
- Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators.
- Affirms finished product quality by visual alertness to surface defects, measuring dimensions and color check or saving samples for color checking.
- Records production counts, scrap, downtown, etc. on forms and computer as required.
- Trains new employees.
Requirements
- Has the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Has the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
- Must be computer literate to be able to effectively input data into the Tarkett SAP systems.

- Desired experience and education as outlined above.

Schedule
- Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:00pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.
- Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:00am, 4 days on, 4 days off.
