Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain records to ensure safety and traceability of all products produced in the facility.
• Package products into finished packaging, which may include lifting and/or operating a forklift or other equipment.
• Receive product into inventory and help prepare orders for shipping, which includes maintaining proper product rotation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Sanitation Duties

• Clean equipment as needed to ensure a safe and efficient process, which may involve some assembly and disassembly of equipment.
• Clean the facility as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary food processing area.
• Wash and sanitize tools and packaging between uses, following written sanitation procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of all completed sanitation tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
