Production Associate

Job Details

As part of a production team, this role supports the operation of folding/gluing equipment, contributing to the final stage of carton manufacturing. The position partners closely with the machine operator to ensure products are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines, including accurate documentation
• Aid in setup and preparation for production runs (materials, packaging, documentation)
• Perform real-time quality checks to identify defects and escalate issues promptly
• Packaged finished products, ensuring accurate counts and labeling
• Palletize materials and complete required documentation within the ERP system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in a regulated environment and/or using ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail with solid documentation skills
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements and specifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and movement around equipment
• Strong focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
