Position Summary The Production Associate – 2nd Shift is responsible for executing daily production tasks such as prep, printing, pressing, and packaging of products. This team member ensures product quality and accuracy, maintains a clean workspace, and supports overall team throughput during the evening shift. The production Associate is also responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging wholesale orders to meet brand and shipping standards. This role ensures timely and quality order fulfillment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities Execute production processes including cleaning, printing, pressing, and assembling drinkwareFollow daily production assignments and quality control standardsAssist in set-up and clean-up of work areasMaintain a safe and organized workstationCollaborate with team to meet shift quotas and timelinesReport defective materials or unsafe conditions to leadershipSupport cross-training on production linesFulfill wholesale orders accurately and on timePrint and apply shipping labels and verify contentsMaintain high standards of packaging and presentationFollow safety protocols and warehouse organization practicesAssist with inventory restock and sample preparation Qualifications Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift 35+ lbs and work on feet for extended periodsAttention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written instructionsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredMust be able to work 2nd shift hours (e.g., 4:00 PM–10:00 PM or similar)
