Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wrap, band, stitch, and glue products.
• Feed, stack, and assist with machine operations as needed.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate production calculations.
• Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts.
