About the role

Join our team at Ducommun, a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Located in Appleton, WI, we manufacture state-of-the-art circuit boards for the Aerospace and Defense industries, as well as Industrial and Medical applications.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a diverse, hardworking team in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

• Perform routine mechanical and electronic assembly operations using fixtures, hand tools, and equipment.
• Learn and apply basic electronic component identification.
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Willingness to learn new skills, work as part of a team, and maintain a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• U.S. Person authorization required to meet ITAR/EAR requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to learn basic electronic component identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Willingness to learn new skills, work as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
