Production Associate

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate production equipment and tools
• Produce quality lumber for pallets
• Sort and stack lumber
• Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify hazards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Support continuous improvement efforts
