Production Associate

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to read & understand assembly documentation
• Manual dexterity
• Verbal & written communication skills
• Works well in team environment
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect & prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation & drawings
• Trim & form leaded parts
• Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings
• Properly fill out production documentation
• Communicate with cell captains on parts shortages & problems
• Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed
• Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
