Production Associate

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Monitor production levels and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
• Understanding of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
