Production Associate

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining production schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to optimize processes.
• Resolve production issues promptly and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles.
