Position Purpose
This position is responsible for operating various equipment to pad print, hole punch, and/or package parts within an assigned area as directed. The Production Associate accurately and efficiently completes orders to established procedures and quality standards.
Principle Accountabilities
- Set-up jobs and perform pad printing, hole punching, or packaging operations to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.
- Review daily manufacturing functions and job orders to ensure awareness of requirements.
- Obtain necessary materials and tools required to achieve expected run rates.
- Draft and maintain procedure sheets.
- Check all parts for excellent quality.
- Maintain accurate counts.
- Assemble and package parts to customer’s specifications.
- Safeguard the safe operation of equipment.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling, and/or quality.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all processes.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.

Required Education and Experience
- Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
- Preferred previous experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
