Production Associate (34408)

About the Role

CEC is seeking dependable, motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to learn. Previous electrical, apprenticeship, or manufacturing experience is not required—CEC will provide the necessary training.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow basic work instructions and established production procedures
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials
• Operate basic hand tools safely and correctly
• Perform basic math and measurements
• Complete hands-on production and assembly work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Willing to learn and participate in company-provided training
• Able to remain on your feet for most of the workday
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Electrical or apprenticeship experience is not required

Training and Equipment

• CEC provides required internal job training
• OSHA 10/30 training, if required
• Forklift and scissor-lift training, if required
• Basic personal protective equipment
• Company tools needed to perform the job

Employees are responsible for providing and wearing their own work boots.

Work Environment and Safety

Safety is our top priority. All employees must strictly follow company policies, production procedures, and workplace safety requirements. Required PPE must be worn while working.
