Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating machinery such as thermoforming and compression machines, drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Ability to perform material quality checks and adhere to specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
