About the role

The Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor supports the direction and leadership of the department, working closely with the Supervisor, crew leaders, and Director to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. They also ensure the team has all necessary training, tools, and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Support line planning daily, weekly, and long-term
  • Ensure production quality and inspect incoming/outgoing product
  • Maintain equipment in good operational order by following instructions and procedures, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance
  • Keep supplies ready by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing/expediting orders
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years providing leadership, preferred
  • CNC experience on vinyl, wood, or metal products, preferred
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with production scheduling, planning, and/or inventory, preferred
  • Experience with receiving and sending parts, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize tasks with urgency

Qualifications

  • Day Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 5AM to 1:30PM

Pay

$75k - $85k Annually
