Production Assembly and Fusion Tech Associates

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers, Production and Fusion Tech Associates, to join our manufacturing team. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Schedule

• 4-day work schedule: Monday to Thursday
• Day Shift: 5am to 3:30pm
• Evening Shift: 3:30pm to 2am

Pay

• Day Shift: $15.00 per hour
• Evening Shift: $17.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed

• No experience required — manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
