Production Assembly

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of load indicating systems and devices
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on load indicating systems to ensure optimal functioning
• Small component assembly requiring attention-to-detail and careful handling

Work Environment

• The primary work environment is the production floor.
• The secondary work environment is the office.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.
• Able to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.
• Frequent standing on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Occasion stooping and walking will be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electronics or related field preferred
• Knowledge of electronic principles and circuitry helpful
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle and work with tiny components
