About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers, Production, and Fusion Tech Associates to join our manufacturing team. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed

Requirements

• No experience required—manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance

Pay

• Day Shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM): $15.00/hour
• Evening Shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM): $17.00/hour

Schedule

4-day workweek, Monday to Thursday.
