Production Assembler - Chanhassen & EP
Emerson is hiring for Assembler positions at our Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen locations. All positions include full benefits and competitive pay.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of measurement instrumentation products in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated good safety and quality efforts are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assemble devices used for measurement in a wide range of industries.
- Perform a variety of tasks at a workstation, including hand soldering, brazing, making repairs, testing, and packaging finished products.
- Participate in daily organization and cleanup of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
- Inspect work to ensure total quality.
Requirements
- Solid work history showing a record of dependability.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Passing of an aptitude assessment and pre-employment screening.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to stand for 80% of the shift.
- Must be able to frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate in English without an interpreter.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience (preferred).
- Previous Rosemount Inc. experience (preferred).

Pay
Starting pay: $20.76–$24.35 per hour, plus shift differential if applicable. Annual salary range: $42,000–$50,000, commensurate with skills, talent, capabilities, and experience.
Schedule
- 1st Shift (Chanhassen & Eden Prairie): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–2:30 PM & Friday, 5:30 AM–12:00 PM.
- 2nd Shift (Chanhassen & Eden Prairie): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM.
