Production Assembler (2nd Shift)

About the Role

The Assembler performs general tasks under supervision, including installing lead wires, terminals, and insulation according to specifications. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient work practices to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or with team members to optimize productivity
• Identify and install components per standards
• Ensure product quality
• Follow safety, ISO, and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Operate equipment safely

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years relevant experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in reading measurements and using measuring devices
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Experience with hand tools such as side cutters and lineman pliers
