Production Assembler (2nd Shift)

About the Role

The Assembler performs general duties under the direction of the production supervisor, including installing lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify lead wire and terminal types and install them per production specification sheet.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest standard of quality.
  • Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
  • Adhere to all company rules and policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Ensure work practices align with OSHA standards.
  • Operate a hoist properly and safely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, use, and understand measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
  • Proficiency with hand tools (side cutters, lineman pliers, etc.).
