About the role
Responsible for precise electronic and electromechanical assembly to support production targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and subassembly on a production line
- Apply ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing, potting, and high-voltage testing
- Assemble cable harnesses, PCBs, and mechanical parts per blueprints
- Troubleshoot faulty components
- Operate machinery and package finished products
- Follow safety and documentation procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ years of electronics assembly experience
- Certified as IDC Specialist and J-STD-001
- Proficient in soldering, high-voltage testing, interpreting blueprints, and using various hand tools
Skills
- Attention to detail
